Refund policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from GoodThings. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging and tags.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following three photos:

  1. A clear photo of the shipping label showing the tracking number

  2. A photo of the damaged merchandise inside the box

  3. A photo of the outside of the box, showing any visible damage

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We are unable to offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
