Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from the United States. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2–3 business days, subject to product availability and order verification. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipments are sent via FedEx whenever possible. In cases where FedEx service is unavailable for your delivery address, we will ship via USPS as an alternative carrier.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier schedules. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from GoodThings are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for filing claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. While we work with trusted partners like FedEx and USPS, SH Retail Ventures LLC assumes no responsibility for items lost or delayed by shipping carriers.
For international shipments, FedEx and USPS may bill local destination charges to the customer, including duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
Canadian orders: Canada Customs requires recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These may include PST, GST, HST, duties, excise taxes, and other import-related fees. A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present customs paperwork on the importer’s behalf.
Orders shipped via UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP) and valued under CAD$200 may qualify for a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$10, plus applicable duties and taxes. Orders valued above CAD$200 or classified as commercial imports may incur additional fees.
UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You may also contact UPS in advance at 1-800-742-5877 to settle these fees prior to delivery.
